Kellie Solenberger, Ed.D., brings more than 20 years of professional experience across classrooms, student-support teams, special education processes, and school leadership. Her background as a special education teacher, general education teacher, reading specialist, and school administrator gives her a broad understanding of how students are supported from identification through implementation and progress monitoring.
As a school administrator, Kellie was responsible for special education at the building level. She understands not only what an IEP or 504 plan says on paper, but how educational teams use data to identify student needs, consider eligibility and programming, monitor progress, and translate plans into meaningful day-to-day support. Her experience includes MTSS, child study, IEP, eligibility, Section 504, and progress-monitoring processes.
Kellie has conducted functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and written behavior intervention plans (BIPs), helping connect student behavior to underlying needs and practical supports. She has attended and participated in more than 600 annual IEP meetings, in addition to many 504, child study, and eligibility meetings throughout her career.
She earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia in 2017. What distinguishes Kellie is the breadth of her perspective: she has taught students directly, supported literacy development, led school-based special education processes, and reviewed data and progress. Today, she brings that experience to families in a clear, collaborative, and practical way that helps parents participate confidently and effectively in their child's education.
